WPS & PQR Development and Procedure Qualification in Northern Nevada

Jones Weldco develops Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and witnesses Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) so your procedures are code compliant and ready for engineer review. The work is done by an AWS Certified Welding Inspector who sits on the AWS D1 Structural Welding Committee.

What's covered: prequalified WPSs per AWS D1.1; PQR testing witnessed from coupon setup through welding, with mechanical testing coordinated through an accredited lab; supporting WPSs written from qualified PQR data; ASME Section IX procedures where required; and complete WPS/PQR packages formatted for contractor submittals and engineer review.
