Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) Services in Reno & Northern Nevada

Jones Weldco provides AWS Certified Welding Inspector services to fabricators, general contractors, engineers and owners across Northern Nevada. Inspections are performed by Nick Jones, an AWS CWI who sits on the AWS D1 Structural Welding Committee and the B1B, A2C and D1TG4 technical committees.

What's covered: visual and dimensional weld inspection to AWS D1.1, D1.3, D1.4, D1.6, D1.8, AWWA C206 and project specifications; fit-up, in-process and final inspection in the shop or in the field; review of WPSs, welder qualifications and filler metal certifications; fabrication shop QC audits and third-party QA for owners; nondestructive testing coordinated as required; and nonconformance reports with repair verification.
