Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle & Penetrant Testing of Welds

Jones Weldco provides nondestructive examination (NDE) of structural and industrial welds, scheduled alongside your welding inspection so visual inspection and testing come together in one report package.

What's covered: ultrasonic testing (UT) of complete-joint-penetration groove welds per AWS D1.1 and D1.8; magnetic particle testing (MT) for surface and near-surface discontinuities in fillet and groove welds; and liquid penetrant testing (PT) of welds on stainless steel, aluminum and other non-magnetic materials. Testing is performed by qualified NDT technicians, with repairs verified and retested.
